By using EscapeBoost you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the EscapeBoost application. By accessing or using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the EscapeBoost software and services solely for your business purposes. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the software. This license is revocable and may be terminated at any time for violation of these terms.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard security practices, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. By using the service, you agree that we are not liable for any data leaks, breaches, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for any content or data you upload to the Service. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities or in ways that could harm the Service or other users. This includes but is not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting to breach security measures, or violating intellectual property rights.
We aim to keep the Service available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and minor issues such as visual misalignments, hosting interruptions, or other non-critical errors shall not be considered grounds for liability. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from your use of the Service, except in cases where the Service directly causes critical damages. In such cases, our maximum liability shall be limited to the fees you have paid to us for the Service in the preceding one (1) month.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service interface.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
EscapeBoost may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these providers. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
If any part of the Service requires payment, all fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Continued use of any paid Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use EscapeBoost. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first for an informal resolution. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be resolved through arbitration or small claims court, depending on applicable law.
